The services of the persons selected will be liable to automatic termination after expiry of duration of KVK scheme. The SCADA reserves the right not to fill up the post even after selection. 1. The prescribed qualifications are minimum. Where the number of applications received in response to advertisement is large and it is considered not feasible for the Institute to call all those candidates for selection, the SCADA, Patna reserves the right to fix the criteria for calling the candidates on the basis of qualifications, experience etc. After screening the applications, the candidates will be called for selection.
2. The post is temporary, but likely to continue.
3. Applications should be submitted in the performa appended, strictly type-written, format accompanied by a latest pass-port size photograph. In-service candidates may apply through proper channel.
4. Candidates who wish to be considered against vacancies reserved for OBC/SC/ST/PH and for age relaxation must submit requisite attested copy of the OBC/SC/ST/PH certificate as the case may be, issued by the prescribed authority applicable for the jobs of All India Services under Govt. of India.
5. Last date for receipt of application at this Institute will be 21 days from the date of publication of Advertisement in the Employment News.
6. No. candidate will be paid T.A. for attending interview.
7. No correspondence will be entertained from the candidates for selection / interview / appointment. Canvassing in any form will be treated as disqualification.
8. Candidates are required to necessarily enclose self attested copies in supporting of i) Date of Birth, ii) Essential Qualifications, iii) SC/ST/OBC/PH certificate as prescribed by Govt. of India Norms, etc. along with their application. Such application not having self attested copies of certificates shall be rejected.

10. The selected candidate will be posted at KVK, SCADA, Bhojpur, Ara.
11. Application form must accompany with a crossed Demand Draft of any Nationalized Bank for ` 500.00 (Rs. Five hundred) in case of General candidates and ` 250.00 (Rs. Two hundred and fifty ) in case of SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates drawn in favour of Sone Command Area Development Agency payable at Patna and is non refundable. No other means of payment i.e. IPO/Money Order will be accepted and such of the application will be rejected out rightly. The date of Bank Draft should not be earlier than the date of issue of the advertisement in the Employment News and the same should be valid for a period of six months. Candidate must write his/her name and post applied for on the back of the Bank Draft.
12. Number of post advertised may increase or decrease or the Competent Authority may decide to withdraw advertisement for any or all post for any administrative reasons.
