Qualification: a) Medical Officer - Candidate must have minimum qualification of MBBS from MCI recognized  Institution. In-service Officer with essential qualification may also apply through proper channel
b) ANM / GNM - Candidate should have received at least 18/36 months Nursing Training from an Institute recognized by Indian Nursing Council.
Age: Upto 62 years on the last date of submission of application. Candidates above 62 years will not be eligible to
apply.
