1.) | Position : | Chief General Manager/ General Manager (Operations & Maintenance)– Dahej Complex | | Qualification : | BE (Chemical) / B.Tech (Chemical) or M.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT or renowned preferably with MBA (Operation Management ) from renowned University / Institute / B.School. | | Age Limit: | 54 years/ 50 years | | Experience : | Minimum 22-25 years post qualification experience of managing operations in a large size industrial chemical company in operation of heavy chemicals / fertilizers / petrochemicals is required. He will be responsible for managing and monitoring operation and maintenance of all the plants independently. He should be capable to lead the O & M team and co-ordinate all plants activities and operations of Dahej Complex to meet Annual Business Plan of the company. He will be expected to efficiently manage the plant operations and effectively and optimally utilize resources like IT / ERP and manpower. For the position of General Manager ,he should have at least 10 years relevant experience at senior level as Dy. General Manager and in case of CGM position about 03 years experience at General Manager level. | |
2.) | Position : | General Manager (Engg. Services) - Dahej Complex | | Qualification : | BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech in (Mechanical/Electrical) from IIT or renowned university, Additional qualification of MBA (full time) from a reputed University / Institute / B.School will be preferred. | | Age Limit: | 50 years | | Experience : | Minimum post qualification experience of 22 years or more in Engineering Services of heavy chemical industry / fertilizers / petrochemicals is required. He will be responsible for preventive, predictive as well as scheduled and other work for safe and uninterrupted plant operations, maintenance. He will look after and manage all Engineering Services i.e. Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Civil. Preference will be given to those having experience in project implementation, technical services alongwith maintenance. He will be expected to be proactive and co-ordinate with all technical and non-technical Deptt. to meet annual business plan of the company. He should have at least 03 years experience as Dy. General Manager and 10-12 years at Senior level not below Sr. Manager/ Chief Manager in Engineering Services Dept., of a large Chemical manufacturing company. | |
3.) | Position : | General Manager (Materials) - Baroda Complex | | Qualification : | Master Degree or Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical / Mechanical) and PG Diploma in Materials Mgmt. from a reputed institute. Preference will be given to the candidate having MBA fulltime course from a reputed recognized University / Institute / B.School. | | Age Limit: | 50 years | | Experience : | Minimum 22 Years of Post qualification Experience, out of which atleast 15-12 years should be at DGM and Chief Manager level in an organization having sales turn over of around Rs.1000 Crores. Candidate should have profound Experience of handling all functions related to Materials Management including Imports of raw materials and equipments, full knowledge of import – export regulations and procedures. 4.) | Position : | General Manager (HR & A) – Baroda Complex | | Qualification : | MSW/ MLW / MHRM / MBA (HR) / Master in Social Sciences and LLB/ Diploma in Labour Laws from a reputed recognized university / institute. | | Age Limit: | 50 Years | | Experience : | Candidate should have around 22 Years of Post qualification experience, out of which 15-12 years should be at DGM and CM level in HR Dept. of a large Organisation, having 1000 or more employees and sales turnover of Rs.1000 crores. He should have adequate exposure of HR & IR functions, Performance Management System, Training & Development, General Administration, Public Relations. Handling Employees Grievances and dealing with Unions for harmonious environment, Contribution to Corporate Decision Making. He should be well conversant with Industrial Relations, Labour Laws and compliance related activities. Liaison with statutory authorities for Industrial Relations / Human Resources matters. He should have adequate exposure of Contract Labour Management System, Compensation & Benefit. IT / Computer literacy and good communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English & Gujarati are essential. | |
5.) | Position : | General Manager (Export) – Baroda Complex | | Qualification : | BE (Chemical)/ M.Sc (Chemistry) with MBA (Marketing) or Post Graduate Diploma in International Trade from renowned University / Institute/ B. School. | | Age Limit: | 50 years | | Experience : | Minimum 22 Years of Post qualification experience in Export Marketing , out of which at least 15-12 years should be at DGM and Chief Manager level handling similar functions of heavy chemical / fertilizers / petrochemicals industry. He shall be responsible for promoting, developing and managing company’s exports including matters relating to export sales administration. He would formulate and implement international marketing strategies. Candidate should have substantive experience of international trade marketing and fully conversant with export documentation & procedures, incentives, drawbacks, shipping, foreign exchange regulations, custom & DGFT activities etc. Having knowledge of Supply Chain Management, exposure in computerized working environment and knowledge of English, Hindi / Gujarati language and very good communication skills are essential. | |
6.) | Position : | Addl. General Manager / Dy. General Manager (Security & Vigilance) – Baroda Complex | | Qualification : | Graduate from Recognized University. | | Age Limit: | 48/45 years | | Experience : | 20/18 years relevant experience of industrial security in a large manufacturing organization, out of which minimum 5 years experience not below the level of Chief Manager or he should be an Ex-Defense Personnel not below the rank of Lieutenant Colonel or Colonel or not below the rank Commandant or equivalent cadre in BSF / CISF etc. Experience in Vigilance & Intelligence Work and Fire Fighting is desirable. He may be required to take control of various activities related to on going projects, ensuring co-ordination of project, planning and implementation work. 9.) | Position : | Dy.General Manager (Finance) – Baroda Complex | | Qualification : | B.Com with CA/ ICWA from a reputed recognized university | | Age Limit: | 45 Years | | Experience : | Minimum 18 years post qualification experience in Finance department of a Manufacturing Company listed on Stock Exchange. Out of which 12 years should be in Managerial position. Hands on experience and exposure is must in Project Financing and working Capital; Taxation, Funds, Management, Budgetary Control, Dealing with Financial Institutions, Banks and Government Agencies and Department and handling of Income Tax, VAT/Service tax matters etc. He also should be well conversant with Companies act, Accounting standards and Cost accounting standard, Finalization of Accounts, MIS, Costing of Products and Audit Functions in a computerized environment with Oracle Based ERP Package / SAP .He should be capable of utilizing manpower effectively and providing leadership to the team member and working in ERP/ SAP environment is a must. 10.) | Position : | Chief Manager / Sr. Manager - Instrumentation (Corporate Planning & Projects) – Baroda Complex | | Qualification : | B.E / B.Tech. in Instrument Engineering from renowned University / Institute. | | Age Limit: | 40 / 38 Years | | Experience : | Minimum 15 years post qualification experience out of which 8 years should be at managerial position at corporate level. He should be having in-depth experience in latest instrumentation of large chemical plants. He should have experience in planning, project implementation, monitoring, erection and commissioning of projects. 11.) | Position : | Chief Manager (Export) – Baroda Complex | | Qualification : | M.Sc (Chemistry)/ B.E (Chemical) with MBA (International Trade - full time) from a reputed recognized University | | Age Limit: | 40 years | | Experience : | Minimum 15 years of post qualification experience of International Trade / Market overview in Chemical Industries, out of which 08 years should be at managerial position.
