Scale of Pay
Professor Minimum Pay of Rs.48,000 in PB4:Rs.37400-67000 Rs.10,500
Associate Professor Minimum pay of Rs 42,800 in PB 4: Rs 37,400 –67,000 Rs.9,500
Assistant Professor Minimum pay of Rs 30,000 in PB 3: Rs 15,600 –39,100 Rs 8,000
Assistant Professor (on contract) Minimum pay of Rs 20,140 in PB 3: Rs 15,600 –39,100 Rs 6,000.
After one year the AGP will be increased to Rs 7,000
Qualifications: Ph.D. in relevant discipline with first class at the preceding degree and very good academic record throughout.
