I.    GOA MEDICAL COLLEGE
1. Lecturer in Obstetrics & Gynaecology  - 1 Post
Scale of Pay: Rs. 15,600-39,100+6,600 /-
 A recognised Medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in Section 13 (3) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Post Graduate degree qualification in the speciality concerned or  equivalent. (iii) At least 3 years teaching experience in the concerned speciality as Senior Resident/Registrar/ Tutor/Demonstrator in a Medical College/Teaching Institution.    (iv) Knowledge of
Konkani.
II.   GOA DENTAL COLLEGE & HOSPITAL
2. Lecturer in Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry   -1 Post  
Scale of pay: Rs. 15,600-39,100+5,400
 A qualification included in Part I or Part II of the Schedule to the Dentists Act, 1948 (16 of 1948). (ii) Post-Graduate qualification in Dentistry i.e. Master of Dental Surgery in concerned speciality/subject from a recognized Institution or equivalent.  (iii) Should be registered with Dental Council. (iv) Three years experience as Registrar/Tutor/Senior Resident/Demonstrator in the concerned Speciality of Dentistry in a recognized Dental College /Medical College with Dental Wing/Dental Institution.   (v) Knowledge of Konkani.
III.           DIRECTORATE OF HEALTH SERVICES
3. Junior Consultants:
 (i) Jr. Ophthalmic  Surgeon - 1 post
(ii)Jr. Anaesthetist  - 10 posts
Scale of Pay:  Rs. 15,600-39,100+5,400/-.
 A recognised Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule  Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the said Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Post-graduate degree, failing which post-graduate diploma, in the speciality concerned. (iii) In case of Diploma holders, work in responsible position connected with the speciality concerned for 2 years after postgraduation fiploma (iv) Knowledge of Konkani.
IV.           DIRECTORATE OF FISHERIES
4. Supdt. of Fisheries- 1 Post
Scale of Pay: Rs. 9,300-34,800+4,600/-
 Master Degree in Fisheries Science or Bachelor Degree in Fisheries  Science or Post graduate diploma in Fisheries, failing which Masters Degree in Marine Science/Zoology/Marine Biology from a recognized University.  (ii) 3  years in Research/Field work in a Marine/Inland Fisheries/Aquaculture. (iii) Knowledge of Konkani.

V.      DIRECTORATE OF FACTORIES & BOILERS
5. Inspector of Factories -3 Posts
 Scale of Pay: Rs. 9,300-34,800+4,600/-
 i) Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Production  Engineering or Chemical Engineering of a recognized University or equivalent, with Diploma in Industrial Safety of one year duration (full time) of a recognized Board or University.
OR
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Production Engineering or Chemical Engineering of a recognized Board or equivalent with 3 years experience in a factory or workshop of repute and having Diploma in Industrial Safety of one year duration (full time)  of a recognized Board or University. ii) Knowledge of Konkani
