There will be reservation for candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, Ex-serviceman and Exempted Category as per orders issued by the Government of West Bengal from time to time. Age concession will be granted for SC, ST, OBC, Ex-serviceman and Exempted Categorycandidates as per Govt. order. The concession is admissible to SC, ST and OBC candidates of West Bengal only.
Eligibility:-
i) Must be a citizen of India.
ii) Age:- The candidates must not be less than 18 years and not more than 27 years of age
Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 (five) years for SC/ST candidates and 03 (three) years for
OBC candidates of West Bengal only. The upper age limit is also relaxable for Ex-serviceman
and Exempted Category Candidates as per existing Govt. rules.
iii) Educational Qualification:- The candidates must have passed Madhyamik Examination
from the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or equivalent examination under any
Board recognized by the State Government or the Central Government.
